In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "spin321" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to spin321 and its operators, as licensed and regulated by the applicable gaming authority.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the spin321 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access spin321 services, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, live casino, slots, sportsbook, arcade, and ancillary services made available by spin321.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account under a spin321 promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to MYR funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which spin321 is required to conduct prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the spin321 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the spin321 Services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, or agent of spin321, or a close family member of any such person;
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order with spin321 or any affiliated platform.

2.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with spin321. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. spin321 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.4 spin321 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such declination.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spin321 Account login credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results directly from spin321's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

3.3 You must notify spin321 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. spin321 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.4 spin321 accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any entitlements associated with it to any other person.

3.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the spin321 platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. spin321 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where it holds a valid gaming licence.

4.1 spin321 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow/FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB, and USDT TRC20. spin321 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. spin321 requires identity verification (submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad and a selfie) before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. spin321 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the ownership of any payment account before processing a withdrawal.

4.5 spin321 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any funds suspected to have originated from a third party may be suspended pending investigation and potential return to the source.

4.6 spin321 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where a dispute remains unresolved in relation to the funds in question.

4.7 All financial transactions are subject to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal amounts that trigger spin321's AML thresholds.

5.1 spin321 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements which are published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if:

• The Player requests a withdrawal of Real Money Balance before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement;
• The Player breaches any term of the applicable promotion or these general Terms & Conditions;
• spin321 determines that the Player has abused the bonus system, including by using multiple accounts, collusion, or artificial staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

5.4 spin321 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed the promotion and satisfied any applicable conditions will not be prejudiced.

5.5 Promotions are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.

6.1 All games and betting markets available on spin321 are subject to their individual game rules and sportsbook betting rules, which are displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 spin321's sportsbook covers a wide range of sports including football (including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues), UFC and MMA, badminton, e-sports, and more. Bet settlement follows the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, spin321's decision is final.

6.3 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. spin321 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term statistical expectation and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, spin321 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and refund the stake to the Player's Account. spin321 is not liable for winnings that would have resulted from a bet or game round that was not properly registered due to a technical fault.

7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the spin321 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose;
• Using any automated software, bot, scraper, or technical means to interact with the platform without spin321's explicit written consent;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage, or any other form of fraudulent betting activity;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.

7.2 Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended. spin321 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, void all pending bets or games, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1 spin321 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session and loss limits;
• Reality check reminders at configurable intervals;
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years).

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Once a self-exclusion is active, spin321 will not accept deposits from or process bets placed by the excluded Player. Players are strongly encouraged to also self-exclude from all other gambling platforms if they are taking a break from gambling.

8.3 spin321 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Players who become aware that a minor may have accessed their Account must notify spin321 support immediately.

9.1 All content on the spin321 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and compilation of the platform, is the intellectual property of spin321 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spin321 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any form of reproduction, redistribution, sale, or exploitation of platform content for commercial purposes.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin321 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if spin321 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 spin321's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 spin321 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 spin321 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 spin321 may be required by its licensing authority or applicable law to retain Player data for a specified period after Account closure. Players may exercise their data subject rights as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 spin321 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the spin321 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spin321 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the spin321 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licence.
